Annie Ilonzeh
Annette Ngozi Ilonzeh (born in Nigeria) is an American-Nigerian actor. Between 2010 and 2011, she starred as Maya Ward, a daytime ABC soap opera General Hospital. Kate Prince played her part in the ABC rebooted Charlie's Angels. Later, she appeared in recurring roles on shows such as Arrow, Drop Dead Diva and Empire. Ilonzeh was raised in Grapevine Texas and later was a graduate of Colleyville Heritage High School. Her father is a Nigerian from Igbo origin and her mother is white. Her debut came on television in 2007 with the CBS comedy How I Met Your Mother. Also, she had small roles in He's Just Not That Into You Miss March & Percy Jackson & Olympians The Lightning Thief. Ilonzeh was a regular character in Melrose Place, a CW prime-time soap between 2009 and 2010 and guest starred on 3 episodes on Entourage in the year 2010. The role of Maya Ward was played by her between 2010 and 2011 in ABC's soap-opera General Hospital. Later, she had recurring roles in shows like Arrow Drop Dead Diva or Empire. Ilonzeh appeared alongside the cast of Til Death Do Us Part as the thriller and biographical drama All Eyez at Me in the year 2017. In 2018 she started co-starring in the role of Emily Foster in the NBC drama Chicago Fire.
